Neoflux, an agent-based operating system
12 department agents, each reading a written SOP and calling deterministic code. It runs my own client pipeline.

It's Fares. I do growth marketing, and I build the automation behind it.

(01) About me
Most marketers can run a campaign. Very few can build the system that runs it for them. I'm building both.
For three years I've freelanced as a social media creative for 12+ brands in e-commerce, fitness, coaching and hospitality, plus agency work at Webi Studio in Tunis. I designed the carousels and ran the feeds. Engagement across those accounts grew +30% on average, and I delivered 100% of projects on time.
Then I got tired of not knowing why things worked.
So I learned the other half. SEO, conversion optimisation, landing pages, CRM, marketing automation. Then the part that changed how I work: building AI agents with Claude Code that do marketing work on their own. Competitor monitoring, SEO content briefs, KPI reporting, lead enrichment.

+30%
average engagement growth across client accounts
Three years of real client work. Deadlines, briefs, revisions, clients who came back.
A marketing degree behind the tactics (Licence en marketing, ESSECT Tunis, class of 2026).
Design skills, so the things I ship look finished.
AI automation. I build agents and workflows, not just prompts.
I'm looking for a remote growth marketing role where I can own experiments and build the automation the team doesn't have time for.
Plenty of marketers execute. Very few build the system that executes for them.
(02) Selected work
Marketing systems, mostly. Each one started because something in my own week was taking too long.
(03) Experience
Freelance, agency and a call floor. The call floor taught me more about customers than any of the marketing did.
