About
The long version
How a social media creative ended up writing Python, and why the two turned out to be the same job.
The story
I started freelancing in April 2023, while finishing a marketing degree at ESSECT in Tunis. Twelve brands and counting, across e-commerce, fitness, coaching and hospitality. I designed the carousels, ran the feeds, and shipped everything on the date I said I would.
Before that, Webi Studio in La Marsa gave me the agency version of the same work: every client account, every calendar, every comment thread. Before that again, a call floor at Teleperformance, a hundred conversations a day. That job taught me more about what customers actually complain about than any campaign has.
The turn came when I realised I was good at the work but couldn't tell you which part of it was repeatable. Every account felt like starting over. So I went after the other half of the job: SEO, conversion, landing pages, CRM, automation. And then the part that stuck, building AI agents that carry out the process while I make the calls.
That became Neoflux, twelve department agents over written SOPs, running my own pipeline. It also became a validator that blocks my own CV when a number doesn't check out, which is the piece of work I'm most attached to.

What I'm looking for
A remote growth marketing role where I own experiments end to end and get to build the automation the team never has time for. EU, US or Gulf time zones. I work from Tunis.
Where I'm honest about the gaps
- No hands-on paid media buying. My Meta Business Suite experience is organic: publishing, scheduling, community management. The Meta Blueprint Media Buying certification is in progress, not finished.
- No in-house growth role yet. The experience is freelance, agency and BPO.
- No B2B SaaS demand generation. My background is B2C and small business.
- No people management.
